Manufacturing Unit
We have two state-of-the-art manufacturing units, that are located in Delhi and Jaipur. The unit located in Delhi spreads across an area of 3,300 sq meters and is meant for the production of Polyester Wadding (Polyfills). The Jaipur manufacturing unit sprawls across an area of 6,500 sq meters and is meant for manufacturing Shoulder Pads. Both the units are well equipped with sophisticated and advanced machinery like German machines, non-woven fabric plant, computerized foam & cutting pads, etc. Our infrastructure also comprises a quality checking unit and a capacious warehouse.
Warehousing & Packaging
We have set up a spacious warehouse for efficient and safe storage of our range of Shoulder Pads, Taffeta Fabric, Embroidery Backing Paper and others. The end products are properly packed and labeled before these are stored in particular section. Best quality material are used for packaging our range of products. We make use of materials such as heat sealing, satin rolls, double sided tapes, strapping rolls, cello tapes and others. The different activities at the warehouse are managed by a team of warehouse experts, who are responsible for making timely deliveries as per the schedule provided by the client.
